How is Dreamland’s Airbnb cleaning service different?
One of the most challenging parts of being an Airbnb host for a holiday home is keeping up with the cleanliness, turning over the property, replacing linen and towels, cleaning the surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting. This is where Dreamland steps in and takes the hassle out of hosting and cleaning.
Our Airbnb Management Cleaning Services:
1. Booking Minitoring
Once the Airbnb booking calendar is shared with us, our customer service team will track all reservations to ensure that cleaning is completed on time. We will confirm cleaning appointments with our clients before each cleaning.
2. Pre-Clean Property Inspection
Before each cleaning, our cleaner will perform a detailed inspection of the property's condition and all furnishings. If any damage or missing items are discovered, a damage report will be generated to assist with the follow-up and claims process with the tenant and Airbnb.
3. Cleaning, Sanitation and Get Ready!
We typically create a detailed cleaning checklist for each property. Our cleaner will follow this checklist, which usually includes a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. All high-touch surfaces will be sanitized, bed linens will be replaced with fresh ones, and all furniture and items will be returned to their original positions. Additionally, amenities and consumables will be restocked to prepare for the next guests.
5. Post-Clean Inspection and Comunication
Our inspector will conduct regular inspections after cleanings and compare the results against the checklist. If everything is marked off, we will share photos with the client to confirm that the cleaning has been completed.
